At FreshKicks Store, we want you to be 100% stoked with your streetwear and sneaker purchases. If something’s not right with your order, our returns and exchanges policy has got you covered like fresh laces on your favorite kicks.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our Sandals, Slides & Slippers collection once they’ve been removed from their original packaging.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow these steps to keep your return game strong:

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange (use the template below to keep it clean)
  2. Wait for our return authorization email with your RMA number
  3. Package your items securely in the original box (if possible)
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship your return to our Savannah warehouse (address provided in authorization email)

3. RETURN SHIPPING

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – FreshKicks isn’t responsible for lost return packages.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/wrong items)

5. EXCHANGES

Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s the drill:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email what you’d like to exchange for
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Exchange shipping is free within the US – international customers pay the difference in shipping costs.

6. RETURN REQUEST TEMPLATE

7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Global sneakerheads – please note:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping times vary by location (allow 2-3 weeks for processing)

8. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your kicks arrive damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted ASAP with replacements or refunds.
