Order Processing Time
We hustle to get your order out fast – all purchases are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping - Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
📦 Note for International Crew: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable – hit us up at [email protected] if you’re unsure about your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your fresh kicks every step of the way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy
We want you 100% stoked with your purchase. If something’s not right, you’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
🚨 Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items from our Sandals, Slides & Slippers collection once they’ve been removed from their original packaging.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to keep your return game strong:
- Email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- What you’d like to exchange for (if applicable)
- Wait for our return authorization email with your RMA number
- Package items securely in the original box (if possible)
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Ship your return to our Savannah warehouse (address provided in authorization email)
Return Shipping
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- FreshKicks isn’t responsible for lost return packages
- For international returns: mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund timing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/wrong items)
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s the drill:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email what you’d like to exchange for
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchange shipping is free within the US
- International customers pay the difference in shipping costs
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your kicks arrive damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted ASAP with replacements or refunds.
